Warranty Information

Our batteries come with a 15-year full replacement warranty, with zero deductible, starting from the original purchase date. This comprehensive coverage ensures that if your battery experiences any defects or issues during this period, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable, meaning it is only valid for the original purchaser. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in your investment for the long haul.

1. Stored, installed, used, or charged in a manner that contradicts the manufacturer's instructions, data sheet, or recognized industry standards.  

2. Opened, modified, or tampered with in any way, including altering or removing date codes. 

3. Used for applications or purposes for which the product was not designed.  

4. Stolen or removed from the customer's control at any time (except during normal business operations).  

5. Exposed to extreme environmental conditions, including high or low temperatures, humidity, or other limitations specified in the manufacturer's instructions and data sheet during storage or use.  

6. Indirect losses or damages resulting from product failure are expressly excluded.  

7. Transportation costs for warranty claims, or fees incurred by the manufacturer for warranty 

compensation to the customer or dealer, are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer or dealer.  

8. Stored, installed, used, or charged contrary to our company's instructions, data sheet, or recognized industry standards.  

9. Opened, modified, or tampered with in any manner, including changing or removing date codes.  

10. Used for any application or in a manner for which it was not intended.  

11. Stolen or removed from the customer's control at any point (except during normal business operations).  

12. Subjected to extreme environmental conditions, including high or low temperatures, humidity, or other limitations defined in the data sheet during storage or use.  

The battery you purchased from Lifetime Lithium Battery comes with a 15-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship. Aside from this limited warranty, we offer no additional warranties and expressly disclaim any implied warranties, including those for incidental damages. 

This limited warranty is non-transferable. The manufacturer guarantees that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship when used according to all applicable instructions during the warranty period. 

If any issues arise during this time, the seller will, at their discretion, repair or replace the product. Warranty claims should be submitted through the original purchaser. If the dealer or intermediary is unable or unwilling to address the end user's claim, the end user should contact the manufacturer directly.

The manufacturer provides a product liability coverage of $1 million per battery, ensuring robust protection against any potential claims related to product defects or failures. This comprehensive coverage reflects our commitment to quality and safety, giving customers peace of mind that they are protected in the unlikely event of an issue.
